Thank you for shopping at Luvn Pets & Animals Wellness Store (PAWS). Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Currently, we only ship within the United Arab Emirates. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the following rules:

Standard Shipping: 25.00 AED flat rate.

Free Shipping: Available for all orders of 200.00 AED and over.

Estimated Delivery Time: 7 to 15 business days.
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or carrier issues outside of our control.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 to 48 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes Luvn Pets & Animals Wellness Store (PAWS) is not responsible for any additional customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at returns@luvnpaws.com with photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can resolve the issue in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer. Please verify your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the redelivery cost.
