Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Your item must be in the exact condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return

  • Contact us at returns@luvnpaws.com to initiate the process.

  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Inspect your order immediately upon reception.

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at returns@luvnpaws.com with photo evidence. We will evaluate the issue and either issue a refund or send a replacement.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, perishable goods, custom products, or personal care goods.

Exchanges

  • The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted and refunded, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refund Process

  • We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved.

  • If approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at returns@luvnpaws.com.
